FieldGearHQ participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases.
What this means for you
- When you click a product link on FieldGearHQ and buy on Amazon, we may receive a small commission.
- You pay the same price whether you use our link or not.
- Affiliate links are marked as sponsored in the page code, and every guide carries a short disclosure near the top.
What it does not mean
- No manufacturer or retailer pays to be included in a guide or to rank higher.
- We choose products before adding links, and we will name a better product even when it is not sold through our links.
- We do not claim to have tested products we have not used. Our process is explained on How we choose gear.
The site may also display ads served by Google. Ads are labeled and are separate from our recommendations.
